    Bad management and overloaded work
    The good thingssome good colleagues with teamwork, abit of work-life balance.
    The challengesworkload increased with bare minimum of help, one work done, another pile comes in, most of the times workload is back to back. higher management needs improvement in handling workplace grievances and not showing favouritism.
