    It is a good company to work with provided you should work good
    The good things1) Good promotions 2) Nice atmosphere 3) peers are supportive 4) good collaboration 5) good accessibility to HR and managment
    The challenges1) at times, you work for a higher designation but on paper it will not be mentioned. 2) Sometimes mgmt is not transparent for company wide decisions. 3) Managers do not encourage for IJPs
