    terrible. no diversity at all. ot almost every single day. only 3 people out of a 100 speaks chinese. people are just cruel there

    The management is terrible
    The good thingsexcpet the salary is quite attractive nothing is good for me in this company.
    The challengesIs a fast pace environment and always OT, can be consider everyday OT. The management is terrible cause they didn't give any offer letter and keep asking you to start work now when you at another country which is impossible to start work now. No giving offer letter and no register you as a new staff at HR there. And they are requiring a strong admin when they know that you are a fresh grad student and they still hire you at the same time but end up they told you that they need a strong admin not a fresh grad and asking you to leave after you start working for 3 days. I think they are wasting everyone's time.
