    Teamwork goes a long way
The good thingsGreat place to learn all trades. Retail is hard but the knowledge in the technical aspects goes further. Team members, supervisors and managers makes it feel like a family in city.
The challengesRetail is tough but perseverance and alot of discipline will get you stronger and work towards greatness. The whole team are helpful from technicians to mid management to top management. Managers and supervisors are keen to have the works completed even if they have to go down to the ground and support the team for completion.

    Unexpected experience
The good thingsTeamwork within own department. Great Regional Facilities Manager.
The challengesUnhealthy workplace, as someone said 'toxic people'. No work life balance as advertised. Prepare for non-stop calls and commit 24hrs to the company. No proper SOPs for urgent and minor jobs requests, no proper system in daily activities such as preventive maintenance, servicing, repair works. Multi trade paid lower than single trade worker.

    Unforgettable experience
The good thingsEnjoy working with colleagues and a manager who is worth looking up to.
The challengesJack of all trades. Even if you have no experience, jobs MUST be completed. Duties includes to support those doing 'REPAIR' works who are the specialist of 1 trade, and salary are way higher than those doing multiple trades. Join to find out more!

    Work too much!
The good thingsFriendly colleagues to work with and communicate along between technician and support team level.
The challengesNon-stop phone call, overwhelming workload and un-finish job. Rate of new job receive outpaced job that can be clear. Everyday have to work under preassure with no good support from management. Work as a multi-skilled technician must do aircon, chiller and freezer job with no training provided. Virtually has not benefit and perks working here as job always comes first by the management.
