    Disappointed after success
    The good things1st telephone interview.
The challengesI received an invitation for a 2nd interview.. At the interview I was told that I was a successful candidate and I got the job. After the interview, I was told to expect their email in 2 weeks time... The next day I received an email from them stating that, "they shall not proceed with the next stage interview."

I started off with a low pay but heavy workload.
The good thingsI worked in MOE primary & secondary schools. I enjoy working with students, do up thematic displays & encourage students to read. I expose students to lots of info on ficton and non-fiction general knowledge
The challengesMy voice and difficulty was initially not heard and supported. I suffered physically and have rotator cuff injury as a result. If school wants to change the settings in the library, I have to take out and re-shelve books which is very tedious. After lots of feedback things are beginning to change as there is more support comming from company.

    positive working environment
The good thingsI enjoyed my working experience with the company. Great working environment with positive attitudes. Not many companies would have helpful and friendly colleagues to guide and help one another, inter - department and across functions. The company support local employment and they welcome mature workers to join them as well, with frequent trainings to upgrade skills, and have great staff benefits.
The challengesDont get to see all colleagues everyday as most were not based in hq.
