    The good thingsMy direct superior is the best and management is very systematic. Event through COVID-19, they still give rewards. I'm blessed to be working here.

    The good thingsVery systematic and no frills top management who listens to all your concerns.
    The challengesLower management wants power hence deter normal workers like us from being happy working here. They make mountains out of a molehill and lower our self esteem and mood all the time. We could work happier. I wish the top managment can review all lower management attitude towards their subordinates.
