    The good thingsAble to integrate with foreign workers
    The challengesUnderstanding the section heads and managers from different trades, i.e Mechanical section, Electrical Section. Drilling Section etc. And also we need to hear and understand the way foreign workers speaking English language as we might miscommunicate to them.
