    Cheating of employee’s 1.5 overtime rates working hours.
    The good thingsAble to drive home the class 3 lorry for own transport and that’s about it.
    The challengesHad worked in CJS Catering Pte Ltd for 3 years plus. Expect to work up to 16 to 17 hours a day especially if there’s many orders as a catering driver. Had been brought to the attention of MOM on it’s Short changing work men of their 1.5 overtime rates, However, the cheating continues today. Stressful working environment and Low bonus pay out for staffs if there’s any.
