    The good things- Staffs are friendly and nice - Salary on Time
    The challenges- Salary incensement very low even working at this company for many years. - No Bonus for 2022. 2021 got ONLY half month salary. - Site people need to work on Sunday without even extra pay. - For site people, the contract showing only 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (but need to work everyday until 7:00 or 8:00. (No OT pay) - Contract showing that sat is half day but need to work until 7:00 pm. (No extra Pay) - Not enough staff, Multitasking even not the scope own position.
