    Organisation doesn't care about its workers at all
    The good thingsExposes you to some opportunities
    The challengesThe organization has a bad working structure, and there is no smooth work among different employees. Everything takes a lot of time because there is very little communication between boss and employee. Teamwork is very hard also as managers do not clarify work very well. But still, they give you quick deadlines and expect a fantastic job all the time.

    The good thingsThere's a lot of benefits which we received. They try to provide as much as they can for the employee. In order to reward us for our hard work, we have a staff champion award every month to congratulate us.
    The challengesThey hiring a lot of consultants in the same month which is hard for the internal team to handle sometimes since we still doing it manually.

    The good things1. Good management at the top: The top management of the organisation is very good and supportive. They support employees very well. 2. Nice work culture: The culture of the organisation is one of the finest that I have seen. The employees are very supportive and everyone is ready to listen to your concerns. 3. The company pays good salaries for all the role and positions.
    The challengesIf I have to talk about the challenges working for this company, I would say that there are no challenges as of now. Not that I have seen at least. As mentioned in the section above, the management is very supportive and if any concern is raised with them, we get quick answers to it. Keep up the good work, team CloudGo!
