    Low pay, low increment. Promoted, but increment is a mere 4% only.
    The good thingsGood and fun colleagues. Bosses are not so well versed with daily matters and the system.
    The challengesOld and slow system. Company is trying to introduce new systems, but it comes with a lot of limitations and requires a lot of troubleshooting, which makes our job much more inefficient and time consuming. Lots of meetings and side jobs which take up a lot of time from your actual job.

    The good thingsAs per subject header - endless changes, you'll never feel bored. Management motivates you well to perform 2 man's jobs
    The challengesAlike the hierarchy chart, things are passed top down too frequent. No discussion with ground staff on operational constraint/feasibility before implementation. Almost all Top management provides good lip service.

    Good knowledge in terms of shipping and a good workplace and environment to work.
    The good thingsThe managers and seniors support you when your in need, good work environment, transportation and meals provided, fun activities are held every week, training provided for freshers and experience as well.
    The challengesWherever you work in a company, there are challenges. It's just you have to face and overcome with that challenges with a good positive attitude. All things have been improved there but except the transportation as it delays for pick up or drop for employees.

    A place to grow
    The good thingsThere are a lot of opportunities provided to grow my skill set and gain more experience. The managers are nurturing and not suffocating. I had a lot of fun there as I faced many new challenges. I get to work with many great colleagues who are very helpful.
    The challengesThe job can be too specific. I would have like it even more if I get to work on external communications too and not concentrate on internal communications only.
