    Great place to be!
    The good thingsThe autonomy given to one's job scope. The flexibility to plan operational exigencies around one's personal commitments. Learning and collaborative culture. Casual and friendly environment. The corporate-family orientated mind-set. It's awesome to be part of the C&P Family!
    The challengesA bit of emphasis on adopting a supportive mind-set could be instilled within the company culture. Apart from that, the main challenges were mainly issues beyond the company's' control; accessibility and amenities. Overall, It's a great place to learn, especially for greenhorn's looking to embark on a journey into the Haulier sector of Logistics!
