    The good thingsGood company culture Supportive manager and director Excellent colleagues, good banter in the office Fun working environment - Friday beers Encouraged to have a consultative approach to clients rather than focusing on statistics
    The challengesHas a good base on clients but not on that many exclusive PSLs Have to post job advertisements manually but most firms work this way anyway
