    West Region9 to 10 years in the role
    Cognizant is good for staff transfer from India as stepping stone to SG job market, good salary, learning opportunity, career progressing. Also good for SG local hire graduate entry level who want to jump to IT industry, good starting pay and self learning opportunity to gain free IT professional certification. But don't stay too long, you will loose career development. To enjoy the best of Company, apply as Director level, Cognizant will value local hire to assign to Gov project.
