    Great Environment
    The good thingsWork environment is great! People are friendly and always a joy to converse with. Every quarter there are events to relief some stress from all the hard work. Work Hard, Play Hard
    The challengesWhen volume is high, it is really tough. Everyday work OT even on alternate weekends, but the management from HQ site do acknowledge our hard work so it's still not too bad.

    The good thingsVarious social recreation activities and ergonomic tables and chairs. Technical job is interesting.
    The challengesGM doesn't give clear direction for the company. Technical supporting roles are not appreciated and career advancement is non existence unless you are within the \"inner-circles\". Many good and capable people are driven away by verbal attacks from upper management.

    The good thingsThe employees are very co-operative and we have our quarterly team bonding which is important in building up the teamwork. Besides that we have our weekly sports activities including health talk; not missing out the weekly snacks and fruits.
    The challengesWorking with other departments is tough, their priority and ours tend to differ. This points down to the HOD, managers and supervisors involved. It would be beneficial for all if everyone work as one team.

    The good thingsFirst impression is very good, second very cool! This company has many social activities and very kind to all level of employees! The quarterly departmental team building enable the bonding within the department! Plus some quarter have combined team building enable all department know each other well! Sponsored exercises, weekly snack, weekly fruit treat and monthly breadfast! Cool!
