    The challengesHave to deal with \"Foreign talents\" which actually have no experience in the field. And educate them with english. Compete with the ration of 1:10 singaporeans to foreign to excel in the field.

    The good thingsWork Life Balance, Punctuality of working hours from 8am to 430pm, early knock off hours (430pm).
    The challengesToo much micro management from the top management will leads to delaying in progress and eventually low effective/productive. Indecisive decision maker and intervene from Italy HQ.
