    The challengesHandling major complain between property owner and developer or building contractor to owner. When replying to owner I need to be very tactful with my choice of words or else owner can backfire me or developer.

    The good thingsThe company emphasise on work life balance. Outing will be organised and festive gatherings with all the staffs be it in HQ or at site will be invited and everyone have the opportunity to meet.
