    The good thingsAverage salary, established continues improvement plan, inhouse quick turn tool fabrications.
    The challengesPoor working conditions, safety flaws, un-hygienic. Older workers are not willing to change. Many paperwork (hard copy). MNC company still working like SME. Too many continuous improvement plans vs actual work.

    The good thingseverybody is friendly including the boss. reasonable amount of breaks and pantry is stock up w biscuits and drinks. Able to learn many new things and safety is their number 1priority.

    The good thingsThe safety culture of the company which can change the mindset of each individual who works with DuPont.
    The challengesA lot of trainings including online ones with timeline which is sometimes a struggle to finish especially when you have a lot to do in your core job.
