Great colleagues that improve the experience tenfold.
The good thingsMy colleagues are very friendly and patient people. Colleagues look out for each other and I look forward to every work day. The pay for temporary work is also good.
The challengesSome customers tend to be rude. We are also understaffed resulting in high stress levels at times when there are many customers. Work start time is a bit early for receptionist staffs.

Meet a wide range of age group of people.
The good thingsWe are just like a big family, colleagues are caring and understanding.
The challengesMarket is indeed very competitive but benefits to staff are also as important. However, I don see any effort to improve on the benefits for staff and rather stagnant for years.

    little room for career progression
The good thingsFar from maddening crowd away from CBD district.
The challengesTop positions are held by long serviced staff who have risen through rank and file and may be less confident in handling new and better educated staff resulting in high turnover rates in new staff.
