    Not quite expected of a company of this standing
    The good thingsGood if you like to take life easy and going into retirement. Astonished how incompetent leaders can get away for so long.
    The challengesOffice infra is terrible, does not have proper pantry for staff. No proper seating and meeting room facilities. Lack of strong leadership and direction. No communications to staff. Zero job satisfaction.

    The challengesLots of quota to meet even though we are very new. A very strict senior that scolds us. Strict environment, unable to even bring beverages other than plain water or converse with colleagues (be it questions or even talking). Toilet breaks are super limited.
