    If you are willing to put in the additional effort, you will easily stand out and be noticed
    The good thingsEmployer empowered staff with potential to make decisions thus enabling many ideas and improvements to move on quickly thus deriving results required. Mistakes are tolerable however due diligence must always be shown
    The challengesVery frigid HR policy. Staff of all ranks & job responsibilities require to tap in on time. Some leeway should be allowed for Snr Execs and above who are managing 24 hrs svc and require to respond asap in the event of a crisis after office hours. Year end assessment should balance both the importance of a gd HR record with Operational KPIs achieved
