Scrutinize the work environment clearly before joining, regardless of the benefits and organization.
The good thingsOnly when there are enough teachers onsite.
The challengesJob scope is not fully reflective. Has feedback and HR don't really care. High children to one teacher ratio, limited support. Relief teacher helps sideline only. micro-managing environment - listen to instruction and follow. get watched on every movement. no trusted delegation at all. program staff (teacher) has to do cleaning sweep & mop. center has no cleaning auntie. at joining first few days and already feel like leaving.
