A Company That Cares - COMO
The good thingsWorking for the b_together Family club owned by Kids 21 Pte Ltd Singapore was one of my best recent experiences. The company looks after its people and they care sincerely for each of its employees. I loved bringing new members to the club and also loved interacting with all the existing members and giving them the best hospitality experience.
The challengesYou Can’t Sit Out Office Politics. Just got to maneuver smartly :) Overall a healthy work culture. My role was not really a challenging one.

Made me grow and learn so much more than I could ever imagine
The good thingsIt was a little hard at the beginning and being new, my colleagues and the manager were all kind enough to guide me throughly. The SOP are incredibly strict. However, our manager has actually done an incredible job in team bonding and made sure there were no internal conflicts. Some of the people working there are rather nice people as well. However since it's a first come-basis for customers, unnecessary conflict do arise, most of them are mature enough to 'let it go'.

The company give me a better understanding for the retail job and enrich my working experience.
The good thingsWe cooperated and helped each other to hit our sales target.I understand the team work is important.During these three years,I think I had improved my skills, learned some professional knowledge as a sales associate.
The challengesAs a foreigner,I need to be outstanding and humble to survive in the company. So I will really appreciate if the company could sponsor more professional training or course about retail in order to upgrade myself and to contribute more in the company.
