The good thingsNothing. Nothing at all.
The challengesLong hours. No work life balance. Company allows husband and wife work in same department- no professionalism at all! What kind of place who allows two people to dayoff same day and contribute to down on manpower???!

    Average working environment
The good thingsStaff meals and other benefits that they give occasionally.
The challengesSome of the service leader treats newcomer poorly including the manager. Expect you to be fast and perfect but not for their old staff. Usually they are closed for service after lunch so you'll expect a 3hrs break in-between which is a total waste of time.

    Its a fast pace environment
The good thingsthey get to give you lots of training and provide a lot of benefit for an individual the manager is understanding and will try to do their best to accommodate all kinds of request that is asked.
The challengesYou have to memorize all the food and the beverage of the menus and always remember the last min special dishes which didn't give much of a time to really study and asking us to upsell the dishes.

I've grown to appreciate the finer things in life
The good thingsYou learn a lot while working, great start for part-timers (my job was an entry-level retail sales promoter). Staff was generally outgoing, motivated and passionate about growth in sales, often highlighting the importance of providing excellent customer service.
The challengesNothing much to not like!
