    The good thingsThe management is flexible.
    The challengesStress level is very high. Workload can be too much for an individual to handle. The turnover rate is quite high. Management should do a better job retaining talents. Management is too busy handling day to day operations. Company is too reliant on experienced workers. There should be a proper onboarding orientation for new hires. The company has huge potential to go far but they need to retain talents and make the company more diversify. Would not recommend a fresh graduate to work here.

    Terrible place to work
    The good thingsErmmmm..company has a nice coffee machine
    The challengesCompany lacking teamwork. Departments don't work together well. Terrible management..Managers with Low standards and zero external exposure..Management team without proper qualification no degrees. Sales managers that do not know how to do sales with terrible communication skills, poor language ability. Managers that will never find employment outside. Terrible environment where no career progression and zero personal growth. Too many politics within management..Reactive behavior among leaders. Leaders of the company do not have the foresight..Average salary with zero bonuses, no AWS and increments..TOP management non existent!
