    Overall it is goot to work in this company. We get good experience which helps to move for good salary.
    The good thingsEmployee benefits like free cab. If we didnt opt for cab we will get money credited for that If no leave for a month extra money credited. We get bonus .
    The challengesThe punching system is the one I hate. Since it is a bpo company 1000 times we need to punch which is irritating.

    The good thingsYou always deal with real time scenario due to which the competitiveness was always high due to which I was able to develop my skills alot. Working environment was also very friendly. Everyone was quite helpful in each every sitution.
    The challengesShift time was very much rotational due to which you need to push your body everyday. Cab timings are not fix due to security reason so, you always need to manage with this thing. Higher management is not quite open and not easier to contact.

    The good things1. The company know how to appreciate the effort of it's employees. 2. They do their best to address employee concerns. 3. They share the profit yearly. 4. They provide bonuses to motivate their employees. 5. They have sport events which I think is good because it means they also care for their employee's health. 6. They have events that support good causes. 7. They celebrate family days.
    The challengesI found it difficult to reach some quotas like positive surveys from customers. Even though I feel that I did great on a particular support, if the customer just felt like giving a bad evaluation then there is nothing I can do about it. Part of the evaluation relies on how many positive surveys we could get so it's a bit difficult to raise a grade once there are 2 or 3 negative feed backs.

    The good thingsSynnex Concentrix has valued their employees so much with benefits,I personally experience the family day and its so awesome! We work hard and we party harder!!!They conduct townhall meetings to hear anything from the employees as the right venue. They have pharmacy,pantry,great parties,place for dancing, entertainment room and a space for stress releivers.
    The challengesThe salary is not much but right just enough to pay your debts.
