    The good thingsInterviewing session was of different kind. Cheerful and detailed.
    The challengesYou need to be honest and let this employer know of your weak point and they will help you on your weak point. Emphasised on different contracts, compliances. So if you are passive QS, you may suffer here. But if you are not familiar with all these but willing to learn, this one is really good. Free hands, no micro management. i love it!
