The good things- A friendly working environment with supportive superior and helping colleagues. - Transport is very accessible as is near to MRT station which is convenient to report work and look for food. - Yearly Company events arranged to enhance cohesiveness and bonding with one another.
The challengesThe benefits are still comparable to other local SME Company which can be considered to enhance further.

The good thingsHR benefits were at market standards.
The challengesThe requirement to work on alternate Saturdays is not required and must be differentiated by work position.

ExecutiveWe have been working 5 days work week since late 2014. We do not understand why "The requirement to work on alternate Saturdays is not required" is considered as a challenge. And what does it mean by "must be differentiated by work position"?
