    Heavily over employed of staff
    The good thingsWork life balance can be very good. Not stress work environment as they have so many workers which actually over employed. Means taking leave is very easy.
    The challengesToo many managers will disturb the operation. Most are just simply shaking legs just to disturb the operation so people could see that they are relevant. No progression cause managers prefer to give based on seniority. U will have to wait for your seniors to leave which is very unlikely.

    The good thingsWork life balance. Very easy to go for long leave. Stresa free job
    The challengesThey are mass hiring staff in the warehouse. Manpower size increase more than half due to the situation of global shortages of semiconductors components. Beware. Once everything will be back to normal. Many people will be retrenched!!!!! Converge as a independent distributor of semiconductors components are a small player in the industry.

    Over employed of staff.
    The good thingsWork life balance. As a ex Engineer, I can go back without bringing my work back They hire position like component engineer but these are not the actual engineer. This company dont manufacter any goods. Just a normal QA check actually. The enginners here are not making any parts from strecth.
    The challengesPoor management. Heavily over employed in the warehouse. Now semiconductor business is booming due to shortages. They mass hiring staff. Too many staff. Later when business drop, many people will be ask to leave!!!! Career growth is really bad here.

    One of the worst management
    The good thingsWork life balance. Stress free job
    The challengesToo many managers in a small organization especially in SG office. They have so call Quality engineers however these are not the actually Engineers. They don't produce the parts. To be exact, they are just a quality inspector if u go to other semiconductor industry that is not a manufacturer. The seniority concept is too strong. No opportunities for career development as long as these old birds are still around.

    This is not the job for people who have big vision in life. Very strong Seniority concept.
    The good thingswork life balance. job is easy and stress free. good to grab experience and then leave for better opportunity.
    The challengesif you work in the warehousing, don' expect or hope that you will have a good career ahead. Your job will be stagnant. As long as those senior workers are around, you don't dream to achieve big thing for the company. Managers prefer giving challenges and opportunity for the same people who work there for so long leaving behind newer workers who are actually better and more capable. As long as there are seniors above you, Don't expect anything even though you are better and more educated with higher educations. These senior warehouse workers they dont even know how to write simple English. but everything is because of SENIORITY. thats all.

    Need a serious restructuring by the management
    The good thingsFlexible working hours. Work life balance. Stres free job in the warehouse.
    The challengesLow pay with no variable bonus Heavily over employed of staffs both in managerial level and staff level Small warehouse and operation but you will see 3 managers, 3 Supervisors and 3 team leaders working on the same shift thus this has cause duplication of jobscope. The management which is located overseas need a serious restructuring.

    The good thingsI enjoyed my time working in this company. Worked in the warehouse department. Good managers and friendly colleagues. Left in 2018 as the pay is low.
    The challengesHeavily over employ of staffs mainly in the warehouse. Only half of the employees are actually working. The another half is actually additional manpower and become passengers.
