    The good thingsfree and easy working environment, understanding boss with good staff benefits, can cross learn within department to encounter more talent of oneself in order to station you at the right position for maximum performance
    The challengesfast paced with stressful load, need to on duty every other week which no work life balance, can improve on the structural in order to have a support system for more effective outcome

    Great Colleagues bad Management
    The good thingsmost colleagues are caring and look out for each except for a few who like to abuse their authority throwing their rank around
    The challengesdont expect to take leaves during peak season, such as CNY, christmas or hari raya, most of the employee got their off forfeited back to company as they dont have available dates to take. be aware of brainwash from some colleagues.
