    Used to be a good place to work in
    The good thingsAble to knock off on time Convenient working location - at Bishan Junction 8 office tower
    The challengesNo direction and a lot fear in the management to implement change. Not good as it hinders the progress and growth of the company. Staff suffers as there is no room for development and creativity. Finance & HR needs a change in mindset. Stop adding more red tape to the already manual processes/ workload. Work culture is like civil service 30 years ago.
