    The good thingsGood medical benefits, competitive bonus and lots of opportunity for course advancement. Great support from HR (stationary, toners, misc supplies) as well as companies specialist (LEW, PE, etc)
    The challengesHigher management may seems lost touch with current trend or the needs of client. Some aren't even familiar with the work of the executive and/or from a different field to what they're in charge of.

    Great training ground for freshmen
    The good thingsCorporate structure and welfare benefit are pretty well in place, which allows staff to focus more on their job. Great work pitting those in place by the HR and Admin. It is a big organisation with great pool of people with various specialty to work with.
    The challengesBreaking the rules and norm of working style and methods. It is a tough challenge to implement workaround method due to inflexibility and lack of support from the management.
