Playing Multiple role at a low pay rate.
The good thingsNew experiences and learning skillset and flexible timing.
The challengesYou are expected to carry multi roles / task (Admin, Facility, Liaison, Arrears payment) which is mentally and physically tiring. Pay is on the low side.

The challengesManpower crunch got the teams covering for each other which leads to a ‘messy’ job. Management is relatively new and young. Not easy for career advancement/promotion unless you bootlicker.

My experience in Managing site facilities & team, contractors, stake holders, tenants with my technical knowledge on facilities, equipment at sites has enabled owners alot of cost savings. My technical knowledge and wide contacts enables me to engage and negotiate with contractors for reasonable prices and supervise repairs to ensure that contractors do a good job to prevent downtimes.. Ability to communicate well & effectively at all levels puts me in a good position for the person your company is looking for. Ensuring that owners and tenants have a clean, safe and pleasant environment to eork in is my gocus and I am everready to give the extra mile to finish with what I started . "Thinking out of the box to solve tricky issues is my forte."
The good thingsFriendly and co- operative colleagues. Nice environment to work with

    Bad management staff..
The good thingsFree fruits on wednesday. that's all..
The challengesOutgoing down CPGFM CEO is planning too much of self interest after he step down..too much of self interest and hence succession planning may not be carried out not on company interest.. Mass promotion was ongoing in year 2019-2021for the preparation of the rise in new power. Not stable.
