    Totally horrible management. Will not recommend anyone who values their sanity to work here.
    The good thingssome of the people working there
    The challengesManagement is absolutely horrible. Will not accept feedback. Do things on a whim without prior considerations causing the staff to be overloaded and overworked. Hospital tries to squeeze in as many beds as they can making it hard to manoeuvre in the wards.

    The good thingsNo matter how hard I think nothing came up
    The challenges-always shortage of manpower - staff are required not to fall sick - no staff benefits eg. no 13 month bonus

    Not a good management.
    The good thingsThe nurses are nice, salary was not too bad. Not too far.
    The challengesNo teamwork, manager are not helpful. Management doesnt know how to retain staff. Poor HR team and management. Bad leaders. Even on off days they will discuss about work.
