Different kind of solutions to the problem you face and how you overcome it and never back down or give up attitude. The tough the sweet and the fun you go through in this company will be a great experience before you get a new job outside. it can help you in the future hard days.
    The challengesNever back down, ready for everything, team work is important and remember there is no magic only strengthen yourself is the point of learning from your challenges. No people will able to help you everytime when things is down only you can help yourself to back up and strive for everything down.
