Good learning of wide spectrum of banking operation within loan operation team.The good thingsThe function I worked in - Investment Banking Loan Agency - is relatively lean compared with other banks in the industry, as such everyone in the team learned a wide spectrum of business whereas in other banks it's arranged across different teams. In addition we also perform other aspects of banking operation, including client servicing, asset servicing, trade settlement, break reconciliation and other duties, which effectively made Loan Operation a small Bank Operation.
