    Better go find government body
The good thingsMajority of aunties and uncles respect your need to have a job.
The challengesOT alot, work responsibilities are unclear covering areas outside of the JD. Top down management approach. Depending on your department, work environment can lack common sense and professionalism.

    Backwards and Toxic environment
The good thingsDue to the complacent and toxic middle to upper management, the bond with your colleagues will be strong. If you are looking for a place to retire in, live in the East and prefer just staying in your cubicle with a clear line drawn around you, Crestar is the place to be! If you have a knack for currying the favour of management, you will do very well in Crestar because that is all that matters here.
The challengesWorking for this company has taught me how to be resilient to the toxicity of incompetent middle management and the lack of empathy and compassion of the highest management. Crestar Education Group, once a giant in its industry, has grown to be an organization that lacks innovation with the leaders still stuck in the glory of the 1980s. Legacy planning is definitely not in the books of the management so those who are looking for career development has close-to-zero opportunities, depending on your curry favour skills.

    Overview of CEG
The good things- Opportunities for learning new things and also for skills upgrading - Chance to collaborate with many other departments on new and existing project works - Opportunity to work with overseas colleagues - There is a good mix of experienced staff and young dynamic staffs with lots of new ideals - - Company is well-established in its field of service / business
The challenges- Traditional mindset and thinking (in terms of implementation of new technologies and solutions) - Considered to be laggards in their IT and new technology implementations (thus there are still lots of manual tasks and process) - Hard to communicate with some of the older/pioneer staffs - Have many standalone IT Applications / systems so is hard to have a single version of truth / access.
