With great colleagues around, even if the workload gets rough, you know you'll be just fine.
The good thingsWonderful colleagues who are understanding, supportive and empathetic.
The challengesThe workload can get extreme at times, and takes a toll on mental health.

An extremely cost-conscious MNC company that have been perceived as stingy
The good things- Reasonable work hours - Good work life balance - Senior Management is more tolerant of poor performers
The challenges- Mediocre welfare and benefits - Senior Management only want to hear the good things and does not want to solve long-term inherent operational problems that is dragging the company down. - Too many expats in Singapore office that is the real reason for driving up the cost for Singapore; and they are not delivering results to the company. - No communication between Snr Mgmt and workers
