    What is off-peak?
    The good thingsAble to manage your own time and support provided in training and sponsorship for professional papers.
    The challengesThe expectations are very high here but not very well communicated down from the management. No effective feedback system if you are doing well or poorly. Usually only communicated at the bi-annual review which may already be too late if you are due for promotions.
