    Intern
The good thingsFriendly and low politics, superior was willing to help in whichever areas you needed help with. It's a great place to work with cheerful colleagues who will boost your mood especially if you are doing night shift.
The challengesI think it's quite stressful for an intern managing wake up calls and running solo, maybe having someone to buddy them for their first week or so would be nice. Other than that, the company is pretty good at taking care of their employees/subordinates

    Management doesn't pay OT?!
The good thingsGreat camaraderie amongst colleagues.
The challengesExpected to extend working hours but OT is never paid. High volume hotel. HR covers up mistakes made by management, quick to evade responsibility. High turnover of employees; a definite red flag for potential employees.

    A Good Experience
The good thingsProvide an array of trainings to upkeep ones knowledge and skills. Strong supporter of WDA, WSQ initiatives. Leverages expertise of other hotel colleagues within the same company (6 hotels in Singapore)
The challengesNext to the airport, pick up of occupancy is short lead.
