    Nightmare
    The good thingsApart from the reasonable monthly wages, nothing good that I know about.
    The challengesDon't even have to think about work/life balance, where anyone is being squeezed to the max. Weekends and public holidays, are burnt beyond recognition. Imagine till late working hours + everyone to be present for EVERY event, irregardless what reasons you might have. No reasonable compensation for your hard work. KPIs are ever changing, with no supporting black and white documented. No proper training system. Only AWS.
