    Great & Friendly colleagues
    The good thingsYou have chances to be a decision maker and lot of room for self-improvement here as your managers let you to decide or take the responsibilities.
    The challengesTake the risks and sourced the solutions by your own. Poor Internal management as didn’t care you had loss tracks or like almost drowning in the sea. Didn’t paid much about the humanities as only care for own benefits. Tip to climb up position faster- the culture of flatter. That’s all.
