    Never fell out of place working in CSS corp.
    The good thingsIts is easy to reach the hierarchy and you get all the support when required. Always keeps you motivated by giving perks and recognition when we get ratted by our clients. Have given access to all the employees to gain knowledge by providing e- learning materials. Lab access is also provided to all the employees to enhance there skills.

    The good thingsThe training and trainers is worth the time spending, the account is very promising as well. The company is a of good plans for those employees who are involved in the account since the account is just beginning.For those who seek for a bigger room to grow and advance career in career I recommend checking this company specifically the account.
    The challengesSince the account is new, there are grey areas that are not yet defined like process wise, operations, training area and equipment and of just normal the stability of the account itself. I suggest having a good amount of call center experience to be in this account.

    The good thingsThey kept me waiting for hours. I took their exam and got a high score. I was initially interviewed and passed. Endorsed for final interview for another day. I was supposed to be interviewed by their client but did not happen. I was interviewed by an Indian guy, I had a hard time understanding him. I was not able to answer properly. He asked different questions.
    The challengesInterview was a joke.
