    Opportunity to learn between a huge range
    The good thingsVery supportive colleagues. Supervisor/Manager taking part in working together to understand situation better. There's no comparable situation between higher position staff & newly employ. All are fairly & equally treated.
    The challengesNo opportunity to younger generation, progression take place too slow. Management able to see your performance but unable to push forward. Work load increasing rapidly but progression take long. Could improve if management start to look into things and work closely with higher ups.
