    Exceptional mentors
    The good thingsAs an intern in the Meetings and Events department I was given give ample opportunities to voice out during discussions and be involved in planning. The senior executives were always welcoming to address any questions. And the best part, mistakes were never shunned or condemn.
    The challengesBeing given greater autonomy over my tasks was great however served as a double edged sword. Often I would struggle to accomplish certain tasks, or take a longer route due to lack of close supervision. Fortunately my project managers were often willing to assist or guide when approached.

    The good thingsThe role offered plenty of exposure to the regional travel business. And the people are by and large helpful, friendly and fun loving.

    Overall neutral experience
    The good thingsNice colleagues and a lot of on the job experience to learn from. Big company therefore a lot of interaction with different levels of management. Open concept office helps in easier communication between working colleagues.
    The challengesLong working hours and little interaction within the team. Lack team building activities. Little teamwork
