    The challengesAlways stressful, no social life , they are expecting 24*7 availability, My annual leave next day managers ask me to work from my hometown(overseas) , no personal relationships with the colleagues, no overtime benefits, no compensation holidays .

    The good thingsA lot of team work.We have once a year gathering in Oct, Dec and CNY dinner.
    The challengesHave to work independently due to work nature, and everyone was busy on their own work, so there are minimum coaching. A lot of time commitment including weekends.
