    Disappointing Managment
    The good thingsGood work/life balance.
    The challengesNo career progression, low yearly increment, no business development or growth. Even amidst business troubles, management does not have the impetus to do things differently and implement drastic initiatives to draw in new business. They would rather keep the status quo and let the company sink. As management, they are not doing nearly enough to keep the company afloat.

    Irresponsible Business and Management Practices
    The good thingsGood work/life balance
    The challengesCompany has no direction, management does not know how to exercise their duties or make decisions correctly, resulting in loss and lack of business. The individuals in the management team responsible for these losses retrench employees to make up for their previous incompetence. A waste of competent engineers in a company that cant handle its own core business and is doomed for failure.

    Great Company to explore your interests
    The good thingsThe company has presence in every market but extremely difficult to move across functions. There is a sense of personal motivation allowed to every one who takes lead of situations and that drives any growth witnessed in the company, also noteworthy to mention that the company has a very human way of seeing things and taking care of employees. Company is interested to explore every new tech in the industry and that is a great thing for people who work isnt it!
    The challengesToo risk averse, ambitions and actions are not aligned. There is an untold rule / hand of support for Telugu speaking people in the company, this kills some useful motivation. Also operationally slacking managers get away with their oversights and misgivings more than what we expect from a company with progressive culture.
