    The challengesPoor management and no respect from inexperienced HR. Hard to grow in the company even when you work hard and perform well. Employees often feel not appreciated. Salary is very low compared to market, even for higher positions. Senior management plays mobile games during working hours. Managing Director knows about it but no action is taken.

    The challengesThe new HR like to control over the staff and also like to login into others computer and read their emails and other documents. Attitude of her is very rude. No work life balance, have to 24/7 standby for all roles in the company.
