    Only work if u have experience im construction. If not dont bother. People speaking in tagalog so loud.. talking across table in office. If you are local, u dont feel like u are working in singapore

    The challengesLong hours. Too many pinoy as Hr is pinoy himself. No communication at work. People there just dont care when u ask them anything.

    The good thingsTHE EMPLOYERS ARE FRIENDLY AND EASY TO BE WITH AND THEY GIVE INCENTIVES ONCE YOU HIT OR HAVE A GOOD WORK PERFORMANCE, BUT SOMETIMES OTHER MANAGERS ARE DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND BECAUSE MOSTLY THEY HAVE A LITTLE KNOWLEDGE IN ENGLISH.
    The challengesITS VERY DIFFICULT SOMETIMES TO FOLLOW ORDERS FROM SUPERVISOR AND MANAGER BECAUSE OF MISCOMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE EMPLOYER AND THE MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS. THEY HAVE A LITTLE SALARY INCREASE WHEN YOU FINISHED 1 YR CONTRACT SOMETIMES THEY ONLY GIVE 10% INCREASE FROM YOUR ORIGINAL SALARY.

    The good thingsI never been vacant for a job because this company always send me to another project whenever my present project will be finish. All of the superior were very professional and hard worker. Regarding the salary it depends on the experience, qualification and knowledge of the engineer or skilled person that are employed to this company. The benefits of the employee are all recieve all the time.
    The challengesThere's a lot of challenges in every project that may encounter, the first thing is new place, new superior, new project, new client to deal with and new co-employee to work with. Another challenging situation is the pressure of the work and environment and the task that need to be done whatever happen in the end of the day.
