Company allowing staff to work from home if you having mild sick or have to take care family. Every staff will help each other or cover each other whenever or whoever is not around without any unwillingness.

    The good thingsNo over-time work which is good for me as I have a kid at home so as long as I can leave on the dot, I think it is good and where else can we find a work life balance company nowadays?
